Whitetail can be hunted in the Trophy area or the Fair Chase area. A Texas license is required along with compliance to state season dates and regulations.

Exotic species are confined to the Trophy Area. They may be hunted year round and no state license is required.

In addition to hunting, the ranch has 2 nice lakes stocked with trophy bass, hybrid stripers, catfish and hybrid bream.
